CP12 is the common name for a landlord gas safety record. It shows that every gas appliance, the pipework and the flues in a rented property have been checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer and are safe to use.
Every 12 months for rented properties. You can have the check done up to two months before the deadline and keep the original renewal date.
